The question is welcome

“How does that work?” can be the start of something useful. Follow the thing that catches your attention, ask a question, and give it a try.

Make the task smaller

Choose one thing you want to do. Gather what you need. Look at a demonstration, then pause and try the first move. A whole task can feel more manageable when you give each part some attention.

Notice something useful

At the end, ask yourself what you understand better now. Maybe you can name a tool. Maybe one movement feels easier. Maybe you know where you need another close look. That gives you a place to start next time.
